15 Pounds!!

Sophia had her six month well visit today and weighed in at 15 pounds 2 oz (30%) with a length of 24 3/4 inches (25%). She's starting to trend toward being her mommy's size as she was 50% for both at 4 months. Dr Beebe isn't the least bit worried about the downward trend, though, as we were all pretty impressed she was at 50% before! She is in perfect health and is developing exactly as she should be. We got the go-ahead to start with water in the sippy cup and also to start on some solids other than rice cereal. I'm still hoping to make at least the majority of it at home so we will be making a trip to the grocery store this weekend to stock up on baby-friendly veggies to make and freeze for her.
