The Cast is OFF!

Sophia had her follow up appointment with the orthopedist this morning and her cast is off!  She would like us to buddy tape it for two weeks, but if all is well we won't need to go back again.  As a reward for being so brave during the removal (and not complaining a single time while the cast was on) we let her pick out an emoji pillow at the mall.  It was such a small reward, but she loves it and has been beaming about it.  We've made a deal that she will get no more casts while living with us. ;-)
