Last week the weather was perfect with nice warm temperatures, little wind, and sunny skies. This week the kids have spring break and the weather just isn't cooperating! So far Monday was cloudy and dreary in the morning, but had a perfect afternoon, yesterday was warm, but cloudy, and today it is cool and ridiculously windy.
Monday we spent the afternoon at my mom's house helping her clean out her flower beds. Tuesday Sophia was really feeling under the weather so we stayed home snuggling and watching too much TV. Today she felt better so we tried to go to Monkey Joe's, but that place was PACKED! So much so that even Collin decided it wasn't even worth trying. We already have our spots reserved at Sky Zone for tomorrow, though, so hopefully that can redeem us!
I just wish the weather would cooperate so we could get outside. Running around at the park for an hour would do all of us some good!
