After what seems an eternity of phantom teething we finally have a tiny little tooth poking through! Last night after dinner Sophia got a hold of my finger and lo and behold I felt a little poke. So we pried open her mouth and sure enough there is the tiniest little tip of a tooth on her bottom gum line. I think she's still working on the second lower tooth, but last night was already a better night than the last week had been! :-) She's still a little cranky this evening, but exponentially better than the last three evenings.
We tried homemade applesauce for the first time tonight and Sophia really enjoyed it. So now we can start sending that to daycare to add to her cereal in the mornings. Seems like she's getting so big already, eating two meals a day and all! Still no signs of crawling, but last night she did manage to pull herself up using her daddy's shirt/shoulders. Before we know it she will be scooting over to things and pulling up for real.
