I needed a quick and easy dish to bring along to a friend's house for pizza night and decided this toffee apple dip was perfect. Its sweet, but not too sweet, and has just a bit of a crunch, which compliments the apples perfectly. I paired it with some slices of Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz toffee bits
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Mix until well blended and serve. Per the recipe this is good in the fridge for five days in an airtight container, but I know around here it won't last nearly that long!
