This weekend we celebrated Sophia's third birthday with a princess birthday party. She had a great time, got lots of awesome presents, and really enjoyed having family and friends over. She is becoming such a little social butterfly. Its really hard to believe she is three already. She has developed so much over the last six months and its just amazing how far she has come from that tiny little newborn in the hospital.
Today we went to see Dr Beebe for her three year well visit and got a good report. She is now 33 1/2 inches tall (1st percentile) and 29 pounds (30th percentile). She also got her blood pressure checked for the first time, which Nurse Kendi said was perfect. She did really well with the entire exam other than not wanting her ears checked, which Dr Beebe was happy to oblige on as we still follow with the ENT for her tubes. Dr Beebe feels she is definitely ready for all we have her signed up for this coming summer and fall and has no concerns whatsoever with her development or her ability to participate.
